Aromatherapy involves the use of organic essences (often referred to as "Essential Oils"), derived from aromatic plants which are used to heal the body and maintain vitality.

Aromatherapy massage can stimulate circulation, relieve muscular tension and tone the skin, whilst cleansing the body's systems of its toxins. Regular treatments from a qualified therapist will bring about and sustain dramatic improvement in general health and well being, whilst increasing vitality and visible improvement to the texture, tone and colour of the skin. Oils are blended on an individual basis to suit a clients physical and emotional needs.

NO HANDS massage is deep, releasing, rejuvenating and nurishing, it works because Theresa literally does not use her hands, but instead uses the soft surfaces of her forearms.
